I designed and built an in-house Appraisal Management Tool to streamline the appraisal process and empower the B4 and above level employees to manage salary raises for their direct reports and team members. From a design perspective, my focus was on creating a user-centric, efficient, and data-driven platform that ensures transparency, fairness, and consistency in salary reviews.
