This product is an end-to-end rental e-commerce platform that allows users to browse, select, and rent furniture and home appliances with ease. Designed to support both customer-facing and internal operations, the platform combines a seamless rental experience with powerful in-house SaaS tools for scale.
Solution
The consumer website
The consumer website enables users to explore products, choose flexible rental plans, place orders, and complete verifications. On the backend, a custom-built CRM and SCM system manages customer data, order lifecycles, KYC verification, product catalog, inventory levels, and stock movement in real time.
The in-house SaaS tools
The in-house SaaS tools empower operations teams to track orders from booking to delivery, manage inventory across warehouses, handle customer support workflows, and maintain full visibility across products, users, and supply chains — ensuring operational efficiency and reduced manual effort.
